Resources to Strengthen Your Faith

Children's Time Supply needed for Sunday, June 7 is here.

Print it out or create the triangle yourself. Pastor will talk about it on Sunday morning.

Pentecost is Coming!

Sunday, May 31 is Pentecost Sunday and during worship we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit into our lives. To help prepare for worship, Illustrated Ministries has provided a coloring page. Print it out, color it, and have it ready for Sunday! (You can also just print the colored copy.) We encourage you to take a picture of your creation and post it on Facebook.

Acts 1:6-14, What does it mean to witness?

This week we take a look at how the first followers became witnesses to the good news of Christ Jesus. Take some time to color and think about a time when you were a witness to someone doing an incredibly kind and generous act and were also inspired to show that kind of generosity. Can I get a witness!

Psalm 61:19, God Listens to Prayer

This devotion is all about listening! Who do you listen to in life? How can others know you are listening to them? Click, explore, color, and discover that God is the ultimate listener. Contact Pastor Jennifer if you find the typo in this Illustrated Ministry resource. There is a prize for the first one to tell her!!

In You Oh Lord, I Seek Refuge

This week's coloring pages focus on Psalm 31:1-5, 15-16.  We are reminded that even when we lament or grieve we can trust in the Lord.  You are invited to talk about who and what makes you feel safe as well as what ways are you finding refuge right now.

Acts 2:42-27, What is "church"?

Illustrated Ministries offers another set of coloring pages, conversation points, and prayer time for you and your family.  This goes well with the FAITH5 Devotion for May 5th.  Enjoy!

Luke 24, Road to Emmaus

Click here for additional activities and information on the story from Luke's gospel where the disciples eyes were opened through the breaking of the bread.  There is a bonus this week!   You'll find a "Thinking of You" page that you can color and send to someone that needs an extra measure of love and joy this week.  Enjoy!

Sparkhouse Family Sunday School

Each week you will find a Sunday School episode for the whole family that presents a lesson based on Lectionary readings that families can watch together. The Bible story, illustrations, and activities are for all to learn from and enjoy.

Bible Project

Are you missing your Bible Study but don't know where to begin? Or do you just want to dive a bit deeper into a particular book of the Bible? Then this is the website for you. Bible Project is a non-profit animation studio that makes videos and resources for FREE on each book of the Bible (and much more!). Their goal is to help people see the Bible as one unified story that leads to Jesus. Go to the Bible Project website and search for the book or topic that you'd like to learn more about this week.

John 20:19-31 Activities

Illustrated Ministries offers another week of prayers, coloring sheets, and conversation points for the story of Jesus offering a word of peace to his disciples.

Prayers for When You Feel Anxious

Illustrated Ministry has created three coloring pages and prayers that can help ground us in God's promises of grace, love and hope.  Print, pray, and enjoy some time abiding with God!

Easter Activities, John 20 Resurrection Story

Here is a fabulous collection of prayers, coloring sheets and conversation points (especially for this time of virus and disease) based on Jesus' resurrection story in John 20:1-18.  There's even a word scramble that proclaims a powerful message of love and hope!  Thank you Illustrated Ministries for this great material.
